Together with Denk Pharma, we developed a customized solution based on monday.com that reorganized the structure and processes of two different teams - Marketing and Artwork Management. The aim was to create noticeable relief in day-to-day work through transparency, automation and clear responsibilities.

As part of the project, a scalable and cross-team monday.com platform was implemented, which was tailored precisely to the requirements of the two teams. While marketing struggled with unstructured email requests, a lack of transparency and a high response rate, artwork management lacked a user-friendly project management solution with clear workflows and status tracking. Both teams were working inefficiently as many processes were manual, error-prone and difficult to track - a key challenge that was successfully solved with monday.com.
