From code to conversation: our impressions of cplace Day 2025

cplace Day 2025 was all about exchange, innovation, and collaboration.

Over the past few months, our team has been working intensively on a series of showcases that cover the entire spectrum of modern solution architectures - from no-code and low-code approaches to per-code integrations.

At the event, we presented three practical use cases that show how cplace makes complex projects more transparent, efficient and flexible:

• Traceability in compliance projects - End-to-end traceability from Epic to Story to GitLab, for complete transparency across all development phases.

Our goal wasn't just to talk about technology, but to bring it to life - and thus create new impulses for collaboration and innovation in the cplace ecosystem.

The event day itself was an inspiring mix of expert discussions, exchange of ideas and technical deep dives.
There was a particular focus on topics such as traceability, compliance and the question of how companies can master complexity with scalable solutions.

The open exchange with visitors, partners and the cplace team showed once again how much the community thrives on mutual learning and co-innovation.

Focus on innovation: the demicon GitLab Connector

A particular highlight was the presentation of our new GitLab Connector.
The solution was met with great interest - especially because it has the potential to seamlessly connect development processes and project management within the cplace ecosystem.

In constructive discussions with the cplace product team, initial ideas for further development and possible extensions - such as GitHub integrations - have already been discussed.

This is how innovation turns into real collaboration: in partnership, with a practical approach and with a focus on added value for the entire community.
